Todd at Opie’s has a lot going for him. Besides some fantastic Pork Shoulder, he’s a heck of a homebrewer. His Miami Weiss went amazingly well with… banana pudding. Seriously. Whenever you pass through Spicewood, you have to pay Todd, Kristen and pitman Mike a visit. Don’t forget to pay your respect to the namesake. RIP, Opie.
The Salt Lick has to wait for another day, Krause Springs sucked us in and we decided to work with the Salt Lick crew to give them the time they deserve.
