Texas Monthly 1st Annual BBQ Festival

We are proud to announce our acceptance as “Media” into the Texas Monthly 1st Annual BBQ Festival. This event is without a doubt the landmark event for true Texas BBQ and we are very excited to be covering it in it’s first year. We know that with Texas Monthly’s commitment to Texas BBQ and their readership’s support, this will be just the first of many to come.

Day 4, Part 1 – Louie Mueller’s in Taylor

Up early again this morning (4:30am) and a quick drive to Taylor to see the beginning of the day at Louie Mueller’s. Its very hard to describe how awesome this place is, especially as we are now full of bbq and very tired. In short, amazing building, great people, fantastic brisket and some incredibly honest, interesting and meaningful stories. The pics should give you a little bit of it. More to come in the film, this will be a great segment.
