Sorry for the delay in updating this, I think the meat coma had taken full effect yesterday prohibiting any updates. After Elgin, we went to Giddings to visit the City Meat Market and Gerald, its propieter. Cool old place and some good ribs, among other meats. Even though it was yesterday it seems like ages ago since we have since done two more locations (which you will see in the next post).
We are getting some good footage from these places and the story is really starting to gel.
